During one-on-one sessions you will begin to investigate your origin story through dialogue, and the incorporation of mindfulness meditation techniques. These sessions will help shed light on thought and behavior patterns developed over your lifetime. As these patterns begin to dissolve, new healthy ways of being emerge and extend to every facet of life. Individual sessions are offered in Flagstaff or via Skype, phone, and in wilderness areas in northern Arizona.


 

Couples sessions are focused on building healthy communication and listening from a new perspective. Go beyond traditional therapy techniques to strengthen listening and compassion for each individual for a more open and deeper connection. Couples sessions are centered around healthy communication and listening from a new place unencumbered by the filter of the old story. Individual meetings with each partner illuminate both origin stories. With greater understanding of each origin story, the old patterns of behavior dissolve and a new, healthy form of communication unfolds.


 

The family path sessions begin with the individual first, as we explore the role each person holds within the family. Once we explore these roles, we incorporate the “beyond therapy” techniques of mindfulness meditation to help dissolve the old beliefs in each role and create a new path towards healthier family interaction.


 

The individual or group teachings within Flagstaff incorporate all aspects of Aaron’s studies including mindfulness meditation, bio-energy, visualization and Jewish mystical healing practice to help guide listeners towards greater depth and self-awareness.
